    We do not offer refunds on purchased tickets unless we cancel the event. Tickets can go towards another event in the same calendar year.

  • Can I get a refund on a custom hat?

    No, we take the time to complete your custom hat to match your vision to the best of our ability. We have open communication to bring your hat to life.

  • What are your Event & Party hat prices?

    Suede Flat brim: $125

    Wool Flat Brim: $150

    Cowboy: $175

    Bridal Custom: $225 - (starting price)

    Price includes: all accessories(bands, cards, etc.) + various branding options

    Burning Art:

    -pop-ups/events:$25 per burn

    -Custom $25-$100(depending on size and detail)

    We pride ourselves in pairing our artwork and details to your vision for your big day! Our Bridal Hats start at $225. This price includes:

    Bands + accessories + Burn: MRS.(married name)+ date + flowers of choice.

    More custom detailed burns(prices will vary depending on size).
